Shipping and Delivery Policy
1. Shipping Methods
We use tracked courier services for all deliveries. The carrier may vary depending on destination and order size. We reserve the right to select the most suitable delivery method.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During peak periods, processing times may be extended.
Orders placed after cut-off times or during busy periods will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin from dispatch:

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed and may be affected by courier delays, customs clearance, or other external factors.
4. Free UK Delivery
We offer free standard delivery on UK orders over £150. This is applied automatically at checkout. Orders below this threshold will incur standard delivery charges.
5. Shipping Costs & Remote Areas
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to apply additional charges for remote or high-cost delivery areas where applicable.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their country. We are not responsible for customs delays or seizures.
7. Risk & Responsibility
Once an order has been dispatched, risk in the goods transfers to the customer to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by courier services after dispatch.
8. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
9. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear supporting evidence (including photographs where possible).
Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
Where a claim is approved, we may offer a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
10. Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. We will always attempt to assist where possible, but orders may already be in processing or dispatched.
11. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to deliver caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to courier delays, strikes, customs issues, extreme weather, or other unforeseen events.
