1. Final Sale
Due to the hygienic, sensitive, and safety-critical nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds except where required by applicable law.
2. Consumer Rights (UK & EU)
Where you are legally entitled to cancel your order under applicable consumer laws (including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), this right is strictly limited.
For hygiene and safety reasons, any product with a broken, removed, or tampered seal is strictly non-returnable.
We reserve the right to refuse any return where:

Packaging or seals are damaged or not in original condition

All returns are subject to inspection and verification upon receipt.
3. Return Conditions (Where Accepted)
Where a return is accepted:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

All seals, labels, and components must be fully intact

Proof of condition may be required prior to return (including photos or video)
We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these conditions.
4. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear supporting evidence.
If your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:

Provide a replacement, or

Issue a refund where a replacement is not available
We reserve the right to deny claims that are reported outside this timeframe or without sufficient evidence.
5. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after inspection and approval of the item (where applicable).
We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment providers, or financial institutions.
6. Non-Returnable Circumstances
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product information and ingredients prior to purchase.
7. Product Handling & Liability
Once delivered, responsibility for proper storage, handling, and use of the product transfers to the customer. We are not liable for any degradation, damage, or adverse outcomes resulting from improper handling, storage conditions, or use.
8. Business Customers (B2B Orders)
All business-to-business purchases are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances unless agreed in writing.
9. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs where applicable.
10. Chargebacks & Policy Abuse
We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks and provide evidence of delivery, product condition requirements, and this policy. Abuse of this policy may result in refusal of future orders.
11. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
